We often get asked if we can deliver a finished project, such as creating an app. At Homesourcing, we don't deliver project-based assignments - we specialize in putting together flexible development teams.

You only pay for the hours the consultants work, and the team is handpicked according to your needs. This means you get dedicated consultants who can develop exactly what you need – whether it's an app, a platform, or further development of existing solutions. What is the minimum contract length?

At Homesourcing, all collaborations start with a 30-day no-cure-no-pay period – if you are not satisfied with the candidate within the first month, you pay nothing.

After this, a notice period of 3 months applies, which gives both you and the consultant predictability.

Do you have developers ready at all times?

Our team consists of over 100 consultants, many of whom work on active projects both full-time and part-time.

Should none of our available consultants match your needs, we have a large network and usually find a suitable candidate within 2 weeks.

Do the developers speak Norwegian?

The consultants do not speak Norwegian, but they do speak English. We follow up with both clients and consultants closely to ensure good collaboration and good chemistry.

Can the developers work from our premises?

Yes, consultants can travel to Norway for kick-off meetings, workshops or periods of physical collaboration if you wish.
